I was really tired this morning after a rough night with Zoodle. I was going to run at the gym, but I was on a time schedule and it didn't feel TOO bad outside, so I decided to run around the neighborhood. I stayed mostly on north/south streets, on the east side, so I got the morning shade from the houses! I also went VERY slowly, knowing that was the way to make a tired, humid run doable.
So it wasn't a high-performance run, but it's now lunch time and I have energy--energy I may not have had if I hadn't gotten out there this morning.
Weather: 73 degrees, 81% humidity. (I want to track what weather is "runnable" to me. This was runnable at a very slow pace, but it would have been better if I'd done the running a little earlier. I started after 7, when the sun had been up over half an hour. If I'd finished by 7 it would have been a more pleasant run.)
2.59 miles, 35 minutes (13:29/mile)

I did an outside run at 6:15 this morning and went pretty easy myself- 3 miles but I'm not sure how long because my Garmin battery died. I'm assuming about a 12 minute pace.
