Run #68

I was out of town this weekend and went to the beach. I saw someone running and thought, "Oh, I want to run on the beach!!" I mean, how often will I get a chance to do that?! So I got my running shoes & shorts. (Thankfully my suitcase was in the car.)

Not sure on time--somehow my stopwatch keeps getting the better of me. It was around 44 minutes though. And I had to do some estimating when I mapped the route too, so not sure on the actual distance.

ESTIMATED time/distance/pace: 44:25, 3.99 miles, 11:07/mile.
