Workout #40

I mostly walked today. My knee is still bothering me, and I feel like I need to get it feeling better before I run on it much more. The running bothers it, so I really felt like my body was telling me to back off. Hopefully I can figure out what to do about my knee so I can get past this roadblock quickly!!!

2.85 miles, 36:30.

ETA: Sounds like this might be what's wrong.

Hmm, I'd say it's worth following those exercises and stretches, see if it helps. And I'm always up for any excuse to go for a massage. Seriously, listen to your body and feel better!

I bought a knee brace at Target by NexCare and I love it. I wear it at night to sleep in when my knee feels a bit painful and the next day I feel fine (normally). It's flexible enough that I can run in it but thankfully I haven't needed it for that yet. Take care of yourself Beth, no need to push yourself farther than you can go.
