And I have no doubt you could do...Congratulations! And I have no doubt you could do the full 3.2 miles. Even when Joe trained for his marathon, they never had him run more than 22 of the 26.2 miles prior to race day.

If I may give a word of unsolicited advice, I say the most important thing is to just keep at it. I've completed c25k before over the winter but then stopped running for one reason or another as it warmed up. I found it near-impossible to start back once it was hot and humid out (but then I tend to have breathing issues in general so the colder the better).

So yes, you're a runner! Though I still say you were a runner the first time you found yourself looking forward to your next time out and disappointed that it wasn't today.Call Me Catehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15144735845209334875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9156045862707961461.post-81633396310018826512010-01-07T08:51:43.703-06:002010-01-07T08:51:43.703-06:00That's awesome! I much prefer swimming or sitting honestly and I think my knee is appreciative of that, but I'm proud of YOU for doing it!!! I do NOT have that kind of willpower!!!

~AutumnAutumnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07437680039451649416noreply@blogger.com
